Q:        What is the age limit for guest that can play?

A:         At this time we do not have a certain age limit on our guest that can play, however, each guest must be able to   
             walk and climb the ladders for the slides by themselves in order to play.  For safety reasons, no one is allowed  
             to carry another guest into an inflatable or up the ladders for the slide.  We do limit the number of guest per        
             inflatable at a time and do not allow mixed age groups to play on the same inflatable at the same time.


Q:        How long can my child stay & play?

A:         Your child can play as long as he/she wants during our open play time hours.


Q:        Can we walk in & play anytime?

A:         Yes, you may come in & play anytime during our open play time hours.


Q:        How do I schedule a birthday party?

A:         You have 3 options for scheduling a birthday party.  You can come by any time during our regular business        
             hours.  You can call us at 864-953-2396 or 864-933-1420.  For your convenience, you can request a date

Q:        Is a deposit required?

A:         Yes, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your party.  The balance is due the day 
             of the party.


Q:        How many children can I invite to my birthday party?

A:         You may invite as many children as you would like.  The original price is for up to 20 children and then for each  
             child over 20 there is a $10.00 charge per child.


Q:        What time should my guests & I show up for the party?

A:         Everyone should show up about 10 minutes before the party is scheduled to start so that liability waivers can     
             be signed for each child & adult that will be playing.  For your convenience, you may print a liability waiver and   
             have it filled out & signed by the parents before coming in.  CLICK HERE for a printable Liability Waiver.
           Please do not show up more than 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start since the lobby will likely     
            be full of guests coming & going.  Thanks!


Q:        May I use my own decorations & paper products?

A:         You are more than welcome to use your own decorations & paper products.  However, there will NOT be a        
             deduction on your cost for using your own decorations or paper products.  Also, we ask that you do not hang    
             anything on the walls or ceilings, and we do not permit the use of streamers, confetti, or silly string.


Q:        Can we bring our own food & drinks into Jumping Jax?

A:         No, we do not allow outside food or drinks unless you are having a birthday party booked through us.


Q:        When do we need to place our order for pizza for our party?

A:         You will need to let the party hostess know as soon as you arrive, have a final head count, & know how many & 
             what kind of pizza you want.  Please do not wait until it is time to go into the party room to place your order.      
             We need approximately 30 minutes to get the pizzas.


Q:        How do I reserve an inflatable for an outside event such as home birthday parties, church socials,             
            school events, or business parties?


A:         You have 3 options for scheduling a rental.  You can come by any time during our regular business

Q:        When do I need to reserve an inflable for an outside event?

A:         The sooner the better as our rentals go quickly.  Please give us a call as soon as you know the date of your       
             event and let us check to see which inflatables are available.


Q:        Do you provide supervision of the inflatables at outside events?

A:         For an additional charge we can provide supervision of the inflatables at your event.  You will need to let the       
             reservation specialist know that you want someone there with the inflatables when you make your reservations.


Q:        What is Student Night and who is allowed to come?

A:         Student Night is every Friday night from 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm.  It is a time for Middle Schoolers to come & hang  
             out with their friends and have a good time in a safe, supervised place.  Parents are welcome to stay but do      
             not have to.  Parents are required to come in & sign a liability waiver before leaving your children.  


Q:        What is the earliest and latest I can drop my child off for Student Night?

A:         Student Night now begins at 7:30 pm.  Students can be dropped off now at 7:30 pm. Remember, before you
          child can come in & play, you must come in & sign a liability waiver.  Please do not leave your child until you
          have signed the waiver!!!  All children must be picked up no later than 11:00 pm.


Q:         Do I have to sign a waiver each time my child comes to play?

A:         We have recently switched to a new electronic waiver so it stays on file for up to a year.

Q:         What happens when my child breaks one of the rules that they signed on Student Night?

A:         The first incident we will give them a verbal warning.  The second incident, we will go over the rules with them     
             again and give them a 5 minute time out to review the rules.  If a third incident occurs, we will have to call the      
             parent listed on the waiver & have them come pick the child up.  Please review the rules with your child & make  
             sure they understand them.  All children who come for Student Night are required to sign a copy of the rules
